Uurtsaikh has over ten years of experience in managing international and local teams in multi-disciplinary projects to improve the Ger areas of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia  She is highly experienced in education, social innovation, community building, policy advocacy, legislative drafting, and consensus building.

Uurtsaikh is the CEO of GerHub, a non-profit organisation dedicated to finding innovative and creative solutions to some of the most pressing issues in the ger areas of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. GerHub partners with top universities and institutions globally and locally in the fields of design, engineering, and education.

Conducted climate landscape analysis for children to identify areas to link climate change, environment, and energy issues to activities targeting children’s wellbeing. Developing proposals for donor funding on climate resilient water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions in rural areas and innovation challenge to improve ger performance.
