Claire directs and coordinates the charity Fire Aid. She develops project bids and manages the project programmes, volunteers and budgets. Manages international projects in Tajikistan, Ukraine, Moldova, South Sudan, Nepal and Lebanon. Liaising and managing relationship with the chairties international network of over 33 member charities. She represents and promotes the charity at both national and international events and conferences. She leads on the marketing campaigns for the charity and seeks and secures the charities core funding.

Previous Experience

Lead Community Coordinator, FareShare Nov 2015 – Jan 2018
At FareShare Claire developed and implemented a new project that connects Tesco to local charities via an app called FoodCloud. She created long term strategic planning and budgeting for the FareShare/FoodCloud project. She managed a team of six Project Coordinator Executives.

Business Development Consultant (Uganda), Balloon Ventures June 2015 – Sept 2015

In this role Claire advised start-up and existing businesses in the formal and informal sector, she selected and assisted businesses to obtain and interest free loan where needed.

Buyer, One Upon A Time Marketing Sept 2013 – June 2015

In this role she was responsible for buying all POS and project equipment for Warner Bros and Disney UK. She sourced new supploers and managed supplier audits while ensuring suppliers adhered to the ethical working practices. She managed a team of three Buying Assistants.
